Please follow the instructions below to transfer your account from

another High Level Agency to TekMatix

Please be sure to complete all Steps from 1 through to 3

Step 1. Ask your current High Level Agency to transfer your subaccount directly to us via the 'Transfer Sub-Account Option in their agency' You can let them know that our relationship number is 0-050-724.

If you experience any issues, you can contact [email protected] and advise that you want to transfer your account to us directly and they will assist.

If you like, send a screenshot of the images below to your existing agency

Step 2. In most cases, we will be notified immediately, and on acceptance, the transfer should be complete within a matter of hours. Once it is transferred out of your existing agency, you will not be able to log back in.

Step 3. As soon as you have initiated the transfer on your end please click here to confirm your transfer request & book a time with our Migration/Transfer team to finalise the setup in TekMatix
